Monitors the casino and hotel activities to ensure compliance to gaming regulations and company policies and procedures.
Observes casino and hotel operations for irregular activities such as cheating or theft by employees or guests, using audio and video equipment (CCTV).
Reports all violations and suspicious behaviors to supervisors both verbally and with written documentation.
Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, guest or employee accidents, or unusual occurrences; gives testimonies as needed.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have working knowledge of audio and video equipment such as CCTVs, VCRs, and other computer based digital equipment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years of experience in a related position
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Mississippi Gaming License Required
