BartenderFullMinimum six- (6) month’s bartending experience in a high volume casino/ hotel/ nightclub required; strong knowledge of mixing cocktails liquors and wine; ability to work all shifts; maintain a current CARES alcohol awareness certification through employment; be professional and courteous at all times.
Beverage Assistant ManagerFullMinimum three years management experience in high volume hotel and/or casino beverage department required; knowledge of all beverage equipment, computer skills, and excellent communication skills required; previous supervisory experience preferred. Mississippi Gaming Badge required.
