  1. $2,500 will be withheld from the prize pool in Events 3,5,6,9,12, and 14. The winner of each event will receive a buy-in to the Championship Event on March 7, 2010. Seat is transferable.
  2. Super Satellites Daily at 4PM (one day events) Winners will receive a buy-in into the $2,500 Championship Event.
  3. $5,000 will be withheld from the Championship Event. The winner of this event will receive a buy-in the 2010 WPO at the Gold Strike Casino Resort.
  4. Noon Events are two days unless otherwise noted. 3 pm Events may be two days.
  5. All two-day events will stop play at 2am (for events starting at 12 noon or earlier) 3am (for events starting 3pm or later) or when final nine players remain, which ever comes first. If 2 or more tables remain, the tournament will restart the following day a 2PM (for tournaments starting at 12 noon or earlier) and 3pm (for tournaments starting at 3pm or later). If one table remains, the tournament will restart at 4PM (for tournaments starting at noon or earlier) 5pm (for tournaments starting at 3pm or later).

Lucky Seat Drawing Promotion

Win $100 every hour 3am to 6am

  1. The promotion will be Monday thru Friday 3:00 am until 6:00 am.
  2. Promotion will begin on August 17, 2009 at 12:01 am and the last seat drawing will be February 25, 2010 at 10:00 am, Promotion will be suspended October 26 thru October 31, 2009, and December 21 thru December 25, 2009. There will be no drawing December 31, 2009 January 4, 2010, January 5, 2010, or January 6, 2010, and will resume on January 7, 2010 at 2am.
  3. When the promotion is suspended during December 21 thru December 25, 2009 the last drawing will be held on Thursday December 17, 2009 at 11pm.
  4. There will be one (1) seat drawn each hour.
  5. The last drawing will be held on February 25, 2010 at 6am.
  6. Prizes will be as follows $100 every hour during the hours of 3am to 6am.
  7. All cash games that are open at the time of drawing are eligible.
  8. Tournament tables are not eligible.
  9. Game must be a jackpot qualifying game to qualify for drawing.
  10. Table must be at a full rake to qualify for the drawing and jackpot dollar must have been taken.
  11. If a seat is drawn for an unoccupied seat the prize will carry over to the next drawing.
  12. Prize money will not carry over from each day, first drawing at 3am will always start at $100.
  13. Players must be in a live game and present to qualify.
  14. Players must be dealt in at time of drawing to qualify.
  15. Players with one or more absent buttons are not eligible for the drawing.
  16. Players playing over are not eligible for the drawing.

2010 Championship Football Squares
  1. The promotion will be held on February 7, 2010.
  2. Players can begin earning tickets on January 18, 2010.
  3. Player's can receive a ticket by making one of the following high hands, Full house of anything, a four of a kind, Straight flush or a Royal Flush.
  4. Player's do have to use both cards in order to qualify.
  5. Player's must be in hand at time of show down to qualify.
  6. Omaha rules still apply you must play 2 cards in your hand to qualify.
  7. All tickets will be place in a drum in the poker room in clear view of the players.
  8. On February 7, 2010, players can earn additional tickets by playing in a live action game. Tickets will be passed out at the top of each hour beginning at 9am until two hours prior to the start of the game.
  9. On Sunday February 7, 2010, 2 hours before game begins the floor supervisor will draw two hundred tickets (200) to fill the football square board.
  10. Each square will be divided in to two halves and will have the possibility of having two winners.
  11. Players are limited to having their name on the football square board a maximum of 4 (four) times.
  12. As each name is drawn it will be written on the football board from left to right starting at the top square, this process will be repeated again for the other half of square.
  13. Squares will be displayed in Poker Room on Football Square board and will be written on football square sheet as backup for board.
  14. The numbers 0 through 9 will be drawn for the quarter ending scores 15 minuets prior to the start of the game and will be placed for each team on the football square sheet.
  15. Each player will have a number for each team and if both numbers match up to the quarter ending score, you will win: $250 first quarter, $500 second quarter, $750 third quarter, and $1,000 final score.
  16. Funds will be taken out of the Gold Strike Poker room Bad Beat jackpot promotional fund.
  17. If winner is not present, the money carries over to the fourth quarter. If there is not a 4th quarter winner, prize will not be given.
  18. If all the squares are not filled in and one of these squares wins, the money will carry over to the fourth quarter prize if there is not a 4th quarter winner, prize will not be given.
  19. You must be dealt in the hand prior to the end of the quarter to qualify. If the tournament is on break, players do qualify. You may be on an active list and still qualify.

Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify any tournament with approval from the MS Gaming Commission. Gaming Commission reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding the tournament. Such disputes and complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Mississippi Gaming Control Act and the Mississippi Gaming Commission.

MISSISSIPPI GAMING COMMISSIONS RIGHT TO INVESTIGATE:

The Mississippi Gaming Commission reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions and drawings. Such disputes and complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Mississippi Gaming Control Act and Mississippi Gaming Commission Regulations.

Management reserves the right to cancel, change and modify the tournament, promotion or drawing with prior notification to the Mississippi Gaming Commission, but must do so at least three (3) days prior to the commencement of the activity.
